It's National Corn Chip Day! Whaaaaat? Well, every day is SOME sort of holiday! Why not celebrate the corn chip? In the spirit of gifting, we will be having a Corn Chip Tasting with Corn Chip Pairings. Which chip goes best with an IPA? Do organic chips pair well with PBR? What about cheap wine? The crucial question is, of course, which tastes better with salsa? We'll see! Feel free to bring YOUR favorite chips!
